Undefeated: Gridiron Legends is an independently developed game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NFLPA, or any NFL team. Player names and statistics are used in a commentary/fantasy-sports context; official team logos, uniforms, and other protected branding are intentionally not used.

Gameplay progress is currently stored locally in your browser. We aren't responsible for data loss from clearing browser storage, switching devices, or browser/OS updates. If shared features (such as leaderboards) are introduced in the future, we reserve the right to remove, reset, or adjust entries at our discretion — for example, to address cheating or abuse.
The Site may display third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
